Cheers is perhaps the most iconic of the Golden boats… Built in 1967 in the U.S. Virgin Islands, it finished 3rd in the 1968 OSTAR, just a whisker away from winning.

Two prominent members went to inspect it on April 24. Good news — it’s in good condition! The plan is for it to come back to life and meet as many admirers as possible. More to follow in the next update.
